Platform Sturdiness

For my golf simulator platform, I'm planning to use the following on top of my cement basement floor:

• 7/16 in. putting turf: https://turffactorydirect.com/produc...putting-elite/

This should then line up with my 1.25 inch quattro golf mat: https://www.wittekgolf.com/Quattro-Mat (which by the way, I called and asked if they were having any sales as I saw it was discounted $100 bucks a few months back, and the nice gentleman sold me one this week for $315 - which came to about $400 after taxes and shipping)

My question - is my underlay/EVA foam/putting turf platform sturdy enough to hold a Carl's DIY enclosure (which I plan to place on top)? Or should I swap out the EVA foam mats for a portion of the platform and use OSB?

As a side question, would the 1/16 in. underlay even be necessary? It seems to be the cheapest way to line things up (let me know if you know of a better way), but will 1/16 in. even be noticeable when I'm putting?

I have the same putting turf glued directly over concrete. Over 50k shots in my sim, using it as a stance mat. (just a fiberbuilt insert inset in the concrete to hit off of with the putting turf everywhere else.

Personally I wouldn't add a single thing if the floor is sturdy enough or you have to raise up the floor. It all depends what you're working with, but I'd rather bust the concrete up in a 12"x24" and reform that than build everything else up. Fiberbuilt isn't in this picture, but you can see the hitting area. I just busted out the concrete there and reformed it so the fiberbuilt sits flush with the rest of the floor. Nothing will be sturdier than concrete.
