GrassTex One Putt Turf

Does anyone have experience with GrassTex One Putt turf? It seems relatively inexpensive and you can get it from your local menards. Would love to hear some opinions.

did you end up getting this? I have some on order to use as a stance mat and putting area for my mevo+

It's nylon and not recommended for my space as it reflects too much light causing possible issues with reading golf ball. I went with the Grass-Tex Club Champion ordered from a local carpet store, and picked it up on my own to save on shipping costs. Not bad, but probably double what the One Putt would cost.

Others may recommend nylon, I'm not sure? I've heard others say they use a nylon blend?
