Premium Par 3x5 Hitting Mat

Does anyone have any experience with this mat. I am considering purchasing it as a stance mat with a fiberbuilt strip for my sim build.

I'm pretty sure this is what I have. I cut out a place to install my Divot Action hitting strip. The strip was taller so I glued some rubber floor tiles to the bottom of it. I have used it for about 6 months and have no problems with it. I wasn't about to spend over a grand on a mat.
