Rollup Turf Options 15' wide by 12' deep?

I'm thinking of doing 15' wide by 12' deep turf for my garage simulator that I can unroll over foam mats and roll back up to about 5' deep when not in use. I would plan on cutting out an area in the turf and mats for a hitting strip as well.
I'm looking at a couple options, but not sure how easily they roll and unroll?

1. https://store.gunghogolf.com/GrassTex-Money-Putt-Turf... I like this option because it should match up height and color wise with their holy grail hitting strip that I'm thinking of buying. It looks like it's fairly heavy weight so I'm not sure if it's actually going to be easy to roll back up to about 5'
2. https://turffactorydirect.com/product/tfd-nylon-36-ur/ This seems to be a little lighter weight, which I'm wondering if it would be easier to roll back up to 5'?

Thoughts or experience with either? Any other options for what I'm trying to do?
