I've been stalking these forums for a while now trying to consume as much information as I can. I'm still planning my first build, and I'm stuck on many things; the golf mat being one of them. It seems Fiberbuilt, CCE, and Truestrike golf mats are considered premium. I understand the quality will help prevent injuries, my question is why the large disparity in price? On here, I see fiberbuilt and Truestrike mats being sold at a range of $600-850 or so. On eBay I see a few CCE for $200-300. Is there that big of a difference between them? I feel like a used CCE is the way to go, especially since I'm trying to do this at a budget of 5k and buy everything used.

SwingTurf is another option in the middle of those price ranges. It's marketed to be a little easier on the joints than CCE as well. Something to consider...
