  • Replacing turf on Holy Grail hitting strip

Been using and loving this strip for 1.5 years now though the turf is starting to bubble up a bit and could use a replacement.

Has anyone successfully replaced theirs? Have some turf that can be used and mostly curious about how to safely remove the original piece without damage the board underneath.

Also could use some new foam underneath as well if anyone has suggestions on what type of foam I should be looking for.

Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.

It’s just glued on so you can just easily pull it off without damaging anything.

i will also add that I’ve had the strip, and now I have the mat. My strip was toast (same bubbling issue, and turf was pulling away from the bottom piece) after about 6 months. Gung ho replaced it. I ended up getting the mat, and it has a huge dip now in the middle. Again only after about about 6 months. Emailed gung ho in November and got no response. So I question the quality and longevity of these things, as mine didn’t last very long. YMMV though

Wow Sixmudd - so like 6 months life... I'm sorry to hear that, I thought it was more like 1+ year? I have one that is not installed yet...
Working...
