Mat to stand on while swinging

I'm wearing foot divots into my mat. Lol

Does anyone know of some sort of mat that I could stand on that won't slide around?
I know.....that's a weird question.
I've tried soft welcome mats and even a bath mat, but they slide around and wrinkle up.
I've seen some videos where guys are standing on a mat in their sim and was wondering what it is or where I can get one, or at least something to use. My floor is the cheapie outdoor grass from home Depot and I can't find any type of mat with enough grip to stay put.

There are posts where golfers use horse stall mats (available at Tractor Supply, or Home Depot). Approx 4' x 6' x 0.75", rubber, good grip, about $50.

What is your 'cheapie outdoor grass from HD' sitting on?

Horse mats are super heavy. I use one for an archery safety backstop. I purposely didn't use one for my sim as I don't want anymore of those in my life than necessary.

Consider putting interlocking gym mat's under your cheapie grass carpet so all at same level. Bigger the area, less likely to move.

My floor is the eva puzzle mats, carpet padding, and then and outdoor grass/turf.

It works great for the balls coming off the screen, but I'm wearing foot spots in it. I've been using a bath mat to stand on, but it slides around and gets a bit annoying to always have to reposition.
I used to have a couple of those big heavy mats, but maybe the local ag store will have something I haven't thought of.
