I've got a monster mat and a hitting strip cut in that works OK. However I'm struggling with the hitting strip constantly getting moved around. I've tried Velcro but it eventually stopped working. What's a fool proof way to attach the hitting mat so it won't move? I have 1/4" plywood under the entire mat.

Yeah I'm really trying to maintain a setup that can be removed relatively easily. Which has proven difficult. I'm now trying to figure out if I can change my setup enough to allow me to still play but my wife can park her car. 2 car garage. Only right handed hitting setup. It's a pain. Wish I had the balls to dig down in the basement right now but that won't be for another few years

I have a mat that is fit for my protee which is very thick and heavy, I think it is 5x5 and 2-3" with heavy duty rubber base. it is very heavy and I had a huge issue with slippage. This is not good for protee as the cameras have to be focused on the spots. I use the heavy duty, commercial grade velcro in about 2 foot strips around edges. It hasnt budged in 2 months since I did it. Cameras are still pointing at the same spot so I know it hasnt budged. Are you using commercial grade velcro?
