Hi Everyone, new member here looking for projector help

Hi Everyone,

Great forum, I've been lurking for a week or so and just joined. My name's brian and I'm a golfer from Minnesota... yeah, I know :-)

Anyways, I am putting together my sim at home and I could use some sage advice from the members here with regard to the projector.

I am working on a diagram that will present the situation better than a long description could. I will try to post the diagram a little bit later today.

I would be really curious how this room works. I posted earlier about a 16x16x10 room.

Can you get anyone else in there? What LM are you using?

Jkug, I ordered my enclosure, screen, and blackout wrap from allsportsystems.com as a package deal. I just recd the wrap a couple weeks ago and have not attached it to the enclosure (too much work and about to dismantle sim as our outdoor season is about here)

Golfaholic, the space , while probably at or near minimal specs works fine for just me, and could likely work with one fellow player. But, please note that my space has a 1/2 flight staircase that occupies a good part of the room and if you had a full 16' x 16' space, you could easily fit a couple more golf buddies :-)

I am using skytrak.

That is good o hear. Thanks. I know it will be tight, so I am hoping to build more.

I will have 10x10 hitting area from 8-9' tee to screen.

Hello,

I will just add my personnal experience. I just finished my sim room. It is a really tiny one compare to all sims build you can see over there, total size between walls : 9.8 wide, 14 long, 9.2 tall

Of course I am offset (but not so much with irons < 6). I am using ST too. With everything correctly set up, I have two stools for 2 buddys plus one golfer. I wont lie, everything/everyone is very "compact" but I knew it from the beginning and its still awesome !!

I wish I had a bigger place but honestly I dont have any regret, this is a blast. Will post some photo if that can help.
