Requesting thoughts on a projector

Hi folks. I am a new Skytrak owner and doing an upgrade to my sim room. I ceiling mount my projector and have a throw distance of 14 feet. Screen width is about 11feet. I am able to control lighting in the room effectively. I got some ideas from other posts and using projector central calculator. One that came up is the Epson 2150 (LCD). Once thing I like about ability to keystone both horizontally and vertically. It is $650 at Best Buy.

I would appreciate opinions on its likely effectiveness for my situation or ideas for alternatives. Thanks.

Since Best Buy, see if you can return it and if you can after opened just give it a shot. It isn't ST though?

BB has a 15% restock fee on open box projectors. So it would cost me $100 to take a look. That is the plan I’m on unless another projector idea pops up in the next couple of days.

Won't it shadow though not being a short throw???

No, i have enough height in the room that i can project without shadows.
