    Optoma x318st anyone familiar?

I found a projector that might work for me since I have to mount 6’ - 6.5 from the screen. It has an aspect ratio of 4:3 and the projection is 87 h x 115 w. The screen I’m purchasing from Carl’s is for an aspect ratio of 4:3 and the screen dimensions are 93 h x 124 w. Has anyone used or is anyone familiar with the Optoma x318st? Any preference or reason I should use 4:3 vs 16:9?

I have a Optoma X318ST I am going to sell. It does a nice job for the price and is native 4:3. It has 99 hours on the lamp and is around 6 months old. Will sell for $300. I have upgraded to a laser projector 16:10 ratio for $2500 which is better but a lot more money.

Do you have any photos with the screen on? May be interested. Where are you located? Does the $300 include shipping?

Which laser projector did you decide on, are you happy with the difference? Considering upgrading my Optoma Darby and moving to a laser 16:10

I have a Promathean PRM-35 that I have mounted about 6.5 feet away on the ceiling and I paid around $150 for it. Same resolution as that optoma just a little less lumens.
