Position of Panasonic PT-VZ580U

Hey all,

Quick question. I was looking to the Panasonic PT-VZ580U which has been recommanded from a lot around here and on other groups. I was doing some test on projectorcentral and cant figure out why the position is in the middle of the screen. No matter I choose floor or ceiling mouting ...

Please someone can explain me if we can really mount this projector on ceiling ?

Absolutely mounts on ceiling. Great projector in that can project a 16 ft x 10 ft image with true WUXGA display from relative short throw distance.

The image of the projector is not representative of where it would be in the vertical space - only the horizontal space.
From your inputs in the image you attached:
The lens of the projector would be 104cm ABOVE the top edge of the screen when you mount the projector on the celing.
If the projector has lens shift you can move the image down if you can't mount your projector that high above the screen top.
