I ordered a Carl’s DIY enclosure. 16:10 185” which 8.5x13x5. My room is my garage and ceilings are 10.5’ high. Room is 21’ deep and I have all the width I need. I’m looking for a projector under $1000 that the 5’ enclosure depth won’t get in the way with my projector hanging from the ceiling and also won’t cast a shadow from me hitting. I’m okay with a 16x9 format projector knowing it will have small bars at the top and/or bottom of my 16:10 screen due to budget concerns. Any recommendations?
