I've been a big fan of the forum and have been reading posts for quite some time. My build has been delayed due to the current pandemic, but I'm in the process of putting my components together for a summer project. The last thing I need to purchase is a projector and I was looking at the Optoma 412ST. As a reference, my room is 13Wx13Dx10H. I'm pretty well versed in computer hardware, but I've never really needed a projector until now.
I've decided to use a Superbay from Allsportsystems (https://www.allsportsystems.com/golf...s-superbay.php), the 12Wx9H model. Assuming that I use the recommended 4:3 aspect ratio, how much of a difference in quality am I to expect in comparison to the HD 16:9? I don't mind a little bit of difference but at the same time I'm hoping it won't look like giant pixels and blurred vision. I haven't pulled the trigger on the projector just yet, I wanted to make sure my choice was appropriate for this type of build. Other recommendations would also be appreciated!
