  • Any Deals Out There Better Than Slightly Used Darbee for $500?

As the subject line says... I can get it locally but haven't put down a deposit or purchased and it's a one of so... Anything just on the market or price reduced that would beat the Darbee? It will be my first projector. Carl's is putting together my enclosure and I just figured a Darbee will work based on all the positive comments on here.

    Thanks in advance!

$500 for a darbee is a good deal provided it's in good working condition. Check the lamp hours to see how much life it has left. And just make sure that the throw ratio is where you need it to be for your setup.

Thanks 3on3. Planning on pulling the trigger after lunch. Contractors painting and finishing the electrical today. Taking way longer than I expected but the wife wants it “nice”. Contractor says I’ve watched to many DIY shows to gauge how long the job takes. Geez...

Never mind...after your post I got a little nervous and pulled the trigger. Thanks...and DONE. As far as hours and throw...I’ll make it work.
