Calling BenQ TH671ST users - light strength

Calling all BenQ TH671ST users. I’m planning on ceiling mounting this projector with a throw distance of between 2.4 metres and 2.6 metres.
Will the 3000 lumens cope with this or will I need the room to be in near darkness?

I have this projector ceiling mounted at 9 feet (2.8 meters?) and it projects fine in a lighted room. Of course it looks a lot better the darker you can make it but that goes with any projector.

Agree with this, mine is mounted 9-1/2 feet away no problem

I'm at a little over 10 feet.....i agree, bright enough, but even better with low light.
