Projector for garage build, 116in wide screen hitting 9ft away

I'm looking for projector recommendations for my garage build. The screen is 116" wide, 113" tall, I'll do 4:3 primarily but I want to be able to move it for 16:9. I'll be hitting 9ft from the screen and a bit off center (my garage width is only 11ft 4in).

I ordered a BenQ TH671ST but of course it came broken (I also wasn't sure if it'd be bright enough). So instead of buying another of the same I bought an Optoma GT1080HDR. I love the brightness but I can't get it to focus correctly (something I've read about on these forums), that bothers me so I am returning it. Any suggestions for a bright projector that would fit my space? I would consider trying the BenQ TH671ST again since I never got to test it, but I could also go more expensive if there's something better/brighter.

I have the TH671ST 9.5 feet back and I like it, really don't have any experience with others but I disagree with projector central saying its not bright enough.
