Projector help

Hi
I have my enclosure on order it’s going to be 3.3 m wide by 2.8 m high
I’m going round in circles looking at projectors
I’ve looked at loads of the projector advise on here and I’m looking for help deciding do I go for something like the Optoma460 st or spend a bit more on a Optoma zh406st
