BenQ MW632ST or the BenQ TH671ST on 130 inch wide screen

I need some advice on which projector to select. I will be setting up a Skytrak with a 130 inch wide screen with 4:3 ratio, ceiling at 9ft.

I see a lot of users recommending the TH671ST. Projector central does not recommend the TH671ST for my size screen. They are saying the projector is not bright enough for that size but it the MW632ST will be bright enough.

Will the MW632ST being only 200lumens be the better choice for me comparing it to the TH671ST?

Most people report the 671 to be brighter than advertised. A lot of it will depend on how much light you have in your room.

Keep in mind that the 671 is also a higher resolution projector than the 632.

I’m a big fan of the 671. I have three windows in my garage, two have paper blackout shades the other a curtain and I hung some black drapes from Amazon. Absolutely no issues with brightness. Switched from the Optoma 1090 and never looked back.

I've had both of those projectors, they both look the same brightness to me. Both will need to have very low direct light on your impact screen to make the colors pop. I have a floodlight on my face and backside for lighting for FSX cameras, screen looks great.
