Projector Help - Narrow Offset Setup

Looking for some help on my setup - I currently have an Optoma GT1080 projector and can't for the life of me get a clear picture. I've watched all of the YouTube videos and done all of the measurements but have little to show for it. My setup is in a single car garage with measurements of 12'x24'. It's offset due to overhead garage door rails and a workbench (pictured below). My screen is 90"x98" and I'm hitting from 7'-8' away. The projector is mounted on 10' ceilings at 6'8" per projector central's website. I have everything set to 4:3 and have updated the Nvidia settings to 1180x1080. I feel like the pictures don't look too bad, but it's very blurry in person. This is my first go with a projector so maybe I'm expecting TV quality. I have a BenQ TH716ST on the way try it as well. Does anyone in the group have advice or ideas on how to make the picture clearer? Thanks!

Have you adjusted the focus ring?

Yes. I can get the top half somewhat in focus, but the bottom half and corners are still blurry.

Is your screen angled forward or backward at the top or bottom? A projector won't be able to focus the entire image if the screen is closer or farther away in a certain section. From your picture, it looks like the bottom is closer and angled forward.

Is the focus ring maxed out in one direction?

If the projector is not completely square to the screen and the screen isn't completely flat vertically, then it will affect the clarity. I have the same projector and I've found that even at it's best, it can still be not completely crisp text around the edges.
