Optoma Laser vs BenQ

Debating between these two projectors:

BenQ TH671ST
Optoma GT1090HDR

My sim is going in the garage, which does have a window, so it can only get so dark. Screen size will be 11' wide by 9' tall, so I plan on running 4:3 aspect ratio.

Is the Optoma worth the extra $$? It's about $600 more.

The Optima has 1200 more lumens looking at the spec. 4200 Lumens vs 3000. That's a big difference. I have the Optima ZH406ST and it's a nice machine. Very bright and my screen is 9 x 15'.
