Hi all,
I have an issue with my MX819ST. When I turn it on it seems to start up fine with the green light flashing and fan starting but no image is produced. After about 20 seconds the red LAMP light will start flashing and eventually the LAMP light will go to solid red before it switches back to standby mode. The lamp has about 2100 hours on it. Yesterday I kept trying to restart it and after a few times going through this cycle it eventually fired up and worked fine for a few hours. Today it won't turn on.
According to the Benq manual this would indicate a “Lamp I error in normal operation” but it doesn’t explain what to do about that? Help?
