I am looking to upgrade my projector and wanted to see some options. I currently have an Optoma 1080 Darbee that's mounted on the celing around 8 feet from my screen. I have a fairly dark garage but still want a more clear pictue. My screen is a Carls Preferred 12x9.

- I am not looking to go 16:9 and want to stay 4:3
- The screen is on it's 5th year so it will more than likely get upgraded to a Carls Premium or similar (options on this are always welcome)
- I would like to stay close to the same mounting distance from screen (if that's not possible then that's ok)
- Is there a point in going 4k if I'm running 4:3?
- Price point will matter (not trying to spend a more than $1,500-$2,000 area for now)
- I am going to hang something dark blue or black behind the screen to help bleed through this weekend.
