Starting a sim quest and this whole projector search is mind numbing. I have a 13x17x 9'2" space in the garage. Planning for a 95x126" screen 4:3. Hitting about 9' away from the screen.
At what point is standing that close is 4k better than 1080p. I'm thinking standing too close to my TV you see the picture quality degrade but by the time I'm on the couch its fine. Is 9' too close for 1080p.
No windows so the room will be pitch black other than whatever lighting I add and dim as needed. Is anywhere in the 3000 to 4000 lumens enough?
Funny thing I always wondered why there were so many projectors on the market, I dont know too many people who have one. Now that I'm trying to fit one it seems like there's not really enough!!
