Need advice on Updating a standard throw 1080p projector

Good Morning . Currently I have a 2014 model standard throw Optoma 1080p DLP model mounted 12ft from screen in my garage. I am limited to a 4:3 aspect ratio due to space limitations. I would like to upgrade to a 4K standard throw (same mounting location). Most of the reviews I see are for short throw projectors which will not work for my setup. Bestbuy has the Optoma - UHD38 4K UHD Projector with 4000 Lumens on sale for $1K. Anyone have any experience with this projector or have a suggestion for a better upgrade? ( I`m running a 3070ti )Thanks.
