Short Throw Projector Settings

I own the EH460ST as part of my own build. I have the computer pushing out duplicate images to the TV and to the projector screen. Even though this is a short throw projector, I am not sure I am taking advantage of the full capacity of the projector.
The screen is 6x7 and the projector is 4.5 feet away. I would actually like to get closer. I went to my computer settings and used the NVIDIA to resize, but it keeps showing me it's maxed out for height. The manufacturer website settings says I should only have to be 3 feet away to get 6' high and 6'10" wide. If I get that close, I'm not close to that. Wondering if anybody knows what I might be doing wrong because the instruction manual gives diffrent layouts, but dosen't explain the settings to get to those layouts.

Any help is appreciated.

Zoom Settings on your projector? Settings -> Display -> Zoom

Zoom ‡ Press ◄ to reduce the size of the image. ‡ Press ► to magnify an image on the projected screen

Thank you for the replay. It zooms to 5, but then it starts zooming in on the computer image. Unfortunately, it made wider, but didn't do much for the height. Even zooming all the way, even though it zooms on the image, it still didn't raise the height
