New garage build, limited space. Retractable screen, 8.5 feet tall X 9.5 feet wide. Projector is Optoma GT2100HDR.
currently using SkyTrak and WGT Golf, running it on iPhone AirPlay to Apple TV which is plugged into projector.
Projector Central gives me a 6’4” distance with -14” vertical offset. Due to my low ceilings, I need to tilt to projector up and use keystone adjustment. Theoretically, I would the need to move the projector further back to fill the screen, correct?
Next question… is there a way to run the screen at 4:3 with my current setup? I can’t seem to make it work.
Last question… If I need to get a computer/graphics card to run 4:3, not all bad as I will likely upgrade my WGT Golf to TGC. No need for 4k for now. Will this computer meet my needs…. FUNYET Mini Gaming PC, Intel I7-9750H 6 Cores 12 Threads Processors, Nvidia GTX 1050 3G Mini PC, 32GB RAM 1TB SSD RGB Light Mini Desktop Computer, Support RJ45/2.4G/5.0G WiFi 5/HDMI Windows 11 Pro
Thank you everyone!!! Have learned a lot here and build is going great!
