Not meaning to take away from your post but serious question. Why would you buy this when they also just came out with a 4k model for the same price? -
4000 vs 3000lm..........or are you referencing another projector???? If so, please advise. I'd like to take a look at it.Comment

I think for golf sim which typically have ambient light and lower quality screens compared to home theaters, lumens are king. 4000 lumens v 3200 plus the 710STI doesn't have corner correction. I think for a vast majority of the people the AH700 will provide a better image. I'd love to see a comparison between t4000 lumen 1080p AH700 and the 4000 lumen 4K LK936ST. There is a $3,000 delta between the two that is likely very hard to justify.My Lidar Courses

Thanks for the review, a98cr125, On the lower end the Benq LH600ST seems to also have the screen fit functionality and short throw, just lower lumens. Will look forward to seeing these easy setup projectors being released that fit the simulator profile.Comment

Here’s another interesting video review that includes comparison the Benq TK710sti with the AH700ST. The short conclusion is that although the Lumens are listed higher for the AH700, it requires a mode selection which is not very suitable for simulator golf.
