which of these 3 should I get

I only have a mid hitting screen but my Computer will run 4k Ultra no issues. If I'm getting a 1080p true HD projector which of these 3 should I get for my 13'w x10' high screen. These all have new bulbs in them and sold as reconditioned

Optoma GT1080Darbee $300

Well meed to edit cause the gt1080Darbee is now sold plus the other 2.
So now only options are EH200st Optoma, regular GT1080 or Benq TH671st. Which one is better?
