I'm building a 12x16 golf simulator shed. With the impact screen in there and drywalled, this leaves just over an 11(w)x14(d) space. We'll be hitting offset about 3 ft away from the enclosure on either side for lefties and righties. The side walls are 8'4", with the peak ceiling going up about 12 feet. The peak spans about 3 ft across so plenty of room to put a projector. We'll be hitting 7 ft from the screen leaving 7 ft of room behind. I'm OK with having the lens anywhere from 10ft to 11.5 ft high (since we're swinging off center, the top of the swing will be by the projector, so want to keep it 10 ft and above). I have a sketch attached.
Right now I'm looking at a Carls enclosure, which would be 8 ft high and 10.5 ft wide. Likely a 2 ft top and side enclosure. The image should be 84" high and 115" wide.
The only projector I can find that would fit this criteria in the picture (throw ratio between .65 and 1.2, total offset by native offset and/or vertical lens shift 43%-64%) is the LG BU53RG. It would be a 4:3 screen so not sure if that would affect throw ratios. I'd like to try and not do keystone if possible.

- Are my assumptions/calculations correct? Will the 4:3 ratio on a native 16:9 projector affect this? I feel like this may change calculations and I didn't account for it
- Am I missing something obvious (e.g., OK to drop to 9.5 ft, look at floor mount projector, don't have a top of the enclosure and rather build one custom that angles up, etc.,)
- Is ~25% keystone going to cause a bad experience? We'll use this for golf sim/movies. Not sure how much light it put out, outside of the screen.
- Are there other projectors that would fit this? Main criteria is 4k and over 3,000 lumens
