BenQ TK700ST custom resolution question

Hi everyone, I have a client we built an enclosure for and are using the BenQ TK700ST to run GSPro via the Garmin R50. I can use the resolution settings in his laptop running an RTX 5070 card to fill the sides but I cannot for the life of me get it to stretch to the top. I have the Garmin and projector both set to 4:3 for the 8x8 enclosure but I get errors or poor imaging when I use anything other than 1920x1080.

Can anyone help? I feel this is a Windows issue and not the equipment but I could be wrong.

Have you tried right clicking on y our desktop and setting custom resolution there?

I have a 4:3 screen and use 1600x1200

You should also be able to set that in the GSPro launcher or in the graphics settings in the beta version

You need to fill the image on the screen to the height first and then do a custom resolution on the Nvidia card to get the sides correct.
