A couple of total newbie questions....

Let's say I get a projector and impact screen for my Skytrak....

Would I just need to add another Directv box to watch TV and movies? Could the kids plug in their Xbox and play? Do they generally have built-in sound?

Most projectors have built in sound, but they obviously aren't as good as dedicated sound system. If you wan't to be able to watch things independently then another box is required, or you could split the signal from your current box and run a cable to the projector for watching tv & movies. Same with xbox, doesn't matter really what it is, you can plug in whatever you want.

If you're wanting surround sound, get an amp that will do video switching... they're not expensive... that way, you still only need to run one hdmi cable to the projector, then you can connect whatever devices you want to the amp and switch between the inputs
