I am in search of a projector to accommodate my ~ 147inch (diagonal) impact screen. Given limited depth in the room I probably need a short throw projector. I have contacted several dealers whereby two of them mentioned that a ST projector will give a distorted vision/blurring around the edges above a certain diagonal size (100-110 inch or so). Never heard of this and I question if this is true or not as I know, based on this forum, that many people use a ST projector. Or maybe the distortion is there but only slightly so?
