After installing, if you try to run FSX, you'll receive a message along the lines of no dongle detected. At this point, once you receive the dongle that I'd provide, the software would be ready to run.

FSX owners are also able to download 4 additional courses for free at the same URL as mentioned above. The courses are: Blue Bayou, Broken Tree, Linfield National, and Willow Crest Golf Club.

So in total the dongle provides access to FSX with the 5 courses mentioned above.
