I thought according to Protee you can't transfer this license unless you arrange it with them ahead of time. You have to be the original owner and you have to arrange for the transfer. There may be a fee but they don't advertise what it is. Is the license transfer going to be included?

Yeah, I think you will want to go through Protee for this transaction. I think I recall them mentioning a transfer process.
