Right, probably should have included that. Depends on what the shipping costs would be. But lets say $3,200 or so. It is actually a 5x4 mat not 5x3 as well.

Hello, I don't recall if you can transfer from Skytrak to Skytrak but if so, how much for just TGC 2019?

It is not transferable to another skytrack. However can go form Skytrack to another device.
