MEVO+ important info for owners

So I thought I’d consolidate info for everyone that I’ve gotten from all the posts.

1) IMPORTANT, use the original power brick and USB cord. Word is you can damage unit if not. Recommend extension cord not surge protector to position unit where you want away from outlet.

2) Flight path for some is opposite (fade or draw). Its unknown why at this time.
Update: problem reported to Flightscope and they have seen it in the lab. They are working with E6 to fix the issue.

3) Delivery dates are now 6 weeks or more on backorder.

The good
1) All other metrics look great compared to ST, GC2, GCquad, HD golf and Trackman.
2) FS skills is available for Android. FS golf in 1-2 months probably.
3) E6, TGC2019, and Awesome golf have or will support.
4) Battery option found. Look for Scott Hogan post or Power Bank in these posts. Came directly from FS as recommendation, they used it outdoors at PGA show.
5) Comparing clubs or balls possible. Start a hitting session. Go to select club, Edit club list and add description. Specify club info or ball used. Then hit and then add new club/ball. You can then filter list data and it averages info for “each club or ball”.
6) mine ordered 2/13 hopefully will arrive about 3/10.

Update: One person with flight issues found out that the alignment of their unit was off. The unit was only aligned with the tee and wasn't also aligned with the target. After fixing this the flight of the ball was correct. There is still an issue with E6 showing the number opposite but the simulated flight is fine.

I was able to resolve my wildly inaccurate horizontal launch issues by aligning correctly, but exaggerated right spin axis is still prevalent. Push draws that start over 2 degrees right HLA hardly ever show any left spin axis. Out of almost 600 shots in my data, I don't have any that show left spin axis if the HLA is 3 degrees or more to the right.... zero.

tonybrown32 I think you're on to something there, I too find it hard to hit a big push draw with the Mevo+. Will do some more testing. Have no problem doing it on SkyTrak.

Same for me on Skytrak. No problems... if anything it would draw a little too much on Skytrak.

One owner is using the unit as close as 6ft with pretty good results. Note: this is not the supported distance though, 7ft is the closest supported by Flightscope.
