    Mevo+ HLA inaccuracies

I've noticed that balls that start well right of the centerline show up as straight pulls (left) and continue to hook. It's not every time but I'd say the majority of the time. It's super frustrating to say the least. Additionally, since I first started using the Mevo+ I've worried that the alignment of the camera is just wrong. I'm considering making a video showing this off. Has anyone else seen this?

The one time I had a similar issue, where the Mevo+ "shot type" would state "pull" for shots starting right of center, or "push" for shots starting left of center... or saying "draw" when the shot shape was actually a fade, or "fade" when the shot shape was actually a draw... was using the Android app in FS Golf.

In Android FS Golf, for some reason, every time I started a new session, it changed my player profile to left handed... every single new session. I reported it to FS, and they said they found some issues with the Android app they need to update... I stopped using Android for now, and just use my iPad..

Check your handedness in your player profile, could be the culprit if you are seeing consistent opposites displayed in the shot type field... you can also change your handedness in each individual session as well by going into the session and then select profile and you'll see a selector switch in there for handedness.

It could also be your alignment. Align your unit using the FS Golf App. It will display a red line that will show you where "straight" is. When hitting you should be hitting to the "straight" point on your screen/net.

I've used this. Setting the line to my middle (center line of my net) only exacerbates the issue for me. I can set the line to the left and get decent results but still see lots of balls that start left and go left.

Sounds like it might be time for a remote session.

Yeah I was thinking that. How difficult is that to setup?

I've had zero issues with HLA. I have a string hung in the center of my net and I've never noticed any reading opposite or when I hit the string it's always within about half a degree of zero.

I did set mine up next to Trackman once and used the software adjustment to align from a long ways off and it consistently gave me 2* off from the Trackman. My takeaway from this was to use the software alignment for small tweaks but to get the unit close to aligned physically first (if I have to push the left or right arrow in software more than 2 or 3 times I move the device instead).

They did a remote session with me after calling the tech support number on the spot. The whole session took about an hour but most of that was verbal trouble shooting before they decided to remote in. My issue was related to spin axis with low lofted clubs which has mostly been addressed by .09 firmware.

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe you have to do a remote session via computer with 2 WiFi hookups.

Not sure how you set up the remote session, but believe from the above it seems pretty easy.
