Is Mevo+ too generous for slice?

I tend to have occasional heavy slices or hooks when hitting a drive at the actual course.

But, using Mevo+, it usually shows very straight or baby draw / baby fade using TGC 2019 and Awesome Golf.

Is Mevo+ too generous for those erratic shots?

My setup is 7 feet from Mevo+ to Ball, 10 feet from Ball to Screen.

I have not noticed this. I hit my first hosel rocket in a long time last week and it picked that up no problem. My misses are hooks and pushes, and seems to mimic what I do on the course.

radar is going to struggle with side spin indoors, particularly at high ball speed such as driver (not much time to count revolutions). Therefore, yes, i think mevo+ tends to under report the severity of slice/hook.

I have my mevo plus 13’ from my screen and I still manage to get massive 50-100 yard slices from time to time. I think having the extra 3’ for the mevo to capture side spin makes a big difference.
