e6 Connect licenses

Anybody with both the PC e6 Connect and default iOS (not upgraded) included e6 licenses help out on this one? I'm looking to purchase a second unit for my dad and found a seller but they aren't certain if they activated the included license as they've been using the 300/y subscription.

This person doesn't seem particularly tech savvy so wondering if there's a way for them to easily find out, like having multiple licenses displayed on the e6 portal when you log in?

I have E6 licenses for PC and IOs plus the free IOS. When I go to bind and unbind my account shows all 3 separately (I have the free one bound to my iPhone and the paid one to my iPad).

Perfect, so if they have more than one license showing, he's activated the included iOS key.
