We bought our Mevo+ about a year ago, and we have had some issues with it unfortunately.
We live in an appartment, and have the settings on short indoor mode. We have about 3m to tee, and then 4m to screen. Should be enough, and it has been working for some time.
The problem is, wether we play TGC 2019 or CreativeGolf3d, or E6, mevo sometimes stops registering shots. We can hit 4-5 shots, and then it just stops pickin up the shots. We hit the ball again, and most of the time it works on the second shot, but even sometimes it takes 3-4 shots before it reads. And almost all the time, when a bad reshot is hit, mevo picks it up. All the lights on the mevo seems to be as it should, and also on both TGC and Creative it says ready/connected so nothing seems to be wrong here.
I'm posting this to see if anyone else who has short indoor mode, has had the same issues?
We have updated the firmware to 0.19 but no improvement on the issue. We have been in contact with FS support previously, and got a replacement-unit, that worked for one round, and then started to act up again... We don't have any interference in the way for Mevo to work, since we have followed FS setup guidelines.
