I fired up the app on my Samsung S9 just to see whats inside, but have not tested it yet. Unfortunately, the new version does not seem to include the Multicam functionlity, which if we look at our email from FS I guess is accurate although somewhat unclear. Hopefully they will roll this out in their next sprint release and provide some expectations soon. I assume Apple will have their QA done by the end of the week and we'll see this on the iOS as well.

I think multicam will be available only for iOS and then for PC version (possibility to connect USB cameras).

Mirek_62 that is probably the case. I don't recall if there was a disclaimer around that or not? I am ok with that as I have both, others may be disappointded of course. I would hope or expect I could run the FS App on my iOs and use the camera off my Samsung as one of the camera's used in the app. Then I could use the slow cam on the iPad and the slow on the Samsung and get great resolution and ability to break the swing down by frames.

In the App Store MultiCam has its own app. Did they say the Multicam application would be integrated into the new FS Golf app?
Or will the Multicam app be usable with MEVO+?

I did try out the Android version of the new app this afternoon during my "work break" and I have to say I am very pleased with the functionality so far. The club analysis is awesome and super helpful when undertanding your club tendencies. The new putting and chipping data points will be very helpful in sharpening up the short game. Great job FS!

Yep and it has Multicam as advertised! I did notice I was not able to join my Samsung phone with the iPad FS App to use as a camera. I will be contacting support to see if that is trully viable and if so, what the insturctions are to connect them. As I was thinking about it, it is probably only possible if I connect the phone to the iPAD via HDMI but we'll see. Also, I noticed the indoor chipping (limited flight) has a documented limitation which is fine as it is documented. Seems to work if you carry 6 feet or more. Pitside will likely not be an issue. Lastly, I noticeded the ioS version of the app crashes if you click on the radar setup under settings. Has anyone else had that issue?

So the iOS app has a big bug. Can't adjust the distance of the unit from the ball - the app either crashes or the distance adjustment slider doesn't work.

I had to uninstall and install again. It works now.

Unfortunately, once you restore the session data from a backup, the app crashes again when you try to set the distance of the unit to the ball.

The main thing I was looking for was the acceleration profile and the 3D club path data, can't see it on the Android App, is the IOS got it?
Anyone heard anything about this?

Both the cceleration profile and the 3D club path data are usable on both Android and iOS 4.0 versions. Some of this is Pro Package dependent, but I can't recall how much. I have used it on both and confirmed it works, but I have the pro package,

Open a prior recorded session and you’ll find the tab in there.Where you would change how you view the data. It’s under “charts”.

still not seeing it. Got Android update again today now on 4.0.1 but no "chart" tabs to be found - very strange - Update found it, thanks

Multicam option is in the settings but it is not functional. Just spoke to support and they said it was delayed and they will hopefully release it in the next few days.

Daniel.Armenio, when you say Multicam is not functional, could you elaborate? Are you talking the iOs version or Android? If the IOs, what part did suport say was not functional? Are they refering to adding additonal camras out side of the unit running the FS Golf app and the Mevo+? I can tell you I just got back to my desk after using the Multicam camera split screen using the iPad's front camera on one side and the Mevo+ camer on the other side. Everything worked fine. SPApex I even used the same Multicam configuration with the swing speddtrainer which was a pleasant surprise. Very cool stuff.

I was trying to use FS running on iPad connected to the Mevo+ using the iPad camera for down the line and an iPhone with the FS multicam app for face on but the multi cam app said I needed to connect to an x3. I’ll try playing around with it again tomorrow.
