I surely can’t be the only one who gets confused by the way the Mevo+ wants to be aimed - am I?
Their directions, the little layout card shows the camera being in line w the ball and target , so the unit is just a little off center to the right. But with the new software they have that little red hitting area with their ball. I find that when I try to over lay their ball with my actual ball I’m not really lined up at my target. I’m hitting into an SPG net w a bullseye background so I have something close to focus on. And why would you adjust the aim line w your phone/software instead of orienting the device?
Anyone have a full proof method of aiming their Mevo?
Also, for those taking it down and setting up all the time have you found a fast and certain way to make sure your distance to the ball is correct? I’ve tired a string to the back of the silver frame and the other end to a tee and have It measured out at 7 feet from the front of the Mevo. Anyone w a better quick set up?
