The best known smash factor guidelines are provided by Trackman....They have the 7-iron smash at 1.33, base don 90mph club speed and 120mph ball speed.
At the moment I am getting an average smash of 1.36 (87mph club head speed and 122mph ball speed) ...my best smashes are north of 1.40 and my mishits still reach 1.33 (or thereabouts).
I think I get these higher numbers because it underestimates my swing speed. Is anyone else getting smash factors greater that the Trackman PGA averages
Given that Flightscope and Trackman measure things in slightly different ways, are these Trackman based smash numbers still relevant for Flightscope users?
