Ya know, sitting here thinking about this whole 4K thing on a simulator.... I don't get it. I mean 4K looks cool and we all want better graphics but are you going to get the benefit on a sim impact screen? It's not like we project to a $1000+ dollar high gain screen and can come even close to the definition that 4K provides. Am I missing something here?

Have you seen the cost of a 4K projector...... it may be 4 or 5 years before one could afford one of them to play it.

I think we are all wrong. The 4K is for the price, not the resolution! LOL I think this is just a little ahead of it's time. I still haven't found a video of actual course footage. Has anyone else?

Also, you're going to need a very expensive computer if you're going to run it at 4K, assuming the textures were designed for 4K. But I doubt the graphics are actually designed with 4K in mind. Good marketing can sell anything I guess.

I agree with you all. Marketing 101! They will hook many folks though, at big bucks.
