They did send two of everything needed to mount an hmt, as well as screws that only work with both plates on because they are too long otherwise. My thought is if I put a spacer plate on top of the second arm it would sit at the same height as the plate touching the gc2. Only use the foot screw on the plate touching the gc2 for levelling purposes. It would be much much slicker for left right play. Adding a spacer plate would make both sides identical as far as elevation goes
