FSX 2018 and Essential Putting Analysis

I was trying to connect GC Quad to my ipad app but gc quad didnt show up at all in the ipad app, both wifi and BT.

In wifi, gc quad was visible so i connected and went into ipad app: not visible.
in bt, gc quad was not even visible in the first place so of course in the ipad app: not visible.

What is going on?

It's a different button. There is the Wifi button, the BT button and then the QUAD BT button. Make sure your app is updated and hit the right one.

I did try it. But none of the buttons (bt, wifi, bt+wifi buttons) didn’t show GC Quad at all.

In the iPad settings, gc quad was visible on wifi but not on bluetooth and even when i connected gc quad to wifi in ipad settings and went back to the app, the app didnt show gc quad.

Strange. Maybe gc quad needs to have a firmware update or gc quad’s firmware wasnt up to date??

Do you have latest firmware on the quad? After clicking the LE Bluetooth button far right, then click refresh to see the Quad.

Quad was not visible even when I clicked refresh. I havent checked the quad’s firmware. Perhaps i should update it.

Yeah I tried that but GC Quad is not visible in the app neither on all 3 buttons. However in the iPad settings, Wifi is visible, while BT is still not visible even on the iPad. Weird huh.

Yeah, that is strange. And you have the latest firmware on the quad? I think it’s 20009 or something like that. The ne with the puttting trial.

In ordr for it to work for me, I had to turn on my quad, then go to the iPad app, click that button and then hit refresh a few times until it showed and then it showed it but took maybe two attempts to connect. Might be easier the next time but I only did it the one time to test.
