A newbee to the forum and looking for some help. Just picked up a used GC2A and FR1 software on ebay.
I am having a problem with FR1 recognizing when I hit the ball and showing the correct ball flight while connected to usb(cant get Bluetooth to work on the laptop). I hit a driver and it says I go 5 feet which is not correct and does not show a trail or ball flight. The ball data given shows I went 5 feet. If I let it sit to long it appears to be caught in a loop and just starts acting like I hit a ball. I have tried all different length usb cords and that was not a fix.
When I unplug the usb the gc2 unit shows the regular swing number(albeit short 1-2 clubs less a driver, but it does recognize the swing). I have installed uninstalled FR1 and Driver various times as administrator, and this does not solve the problem.
I am using windows 10 64 bit for the MSI Laptop. Has plenty of power(core i7 2.5ghz16 gigs of ram). I Upgraded the GC2 firmware to 4.0.0.15 and tried to install the updated driver. A point to mention the date on the driver only shows as Foresight Sports(WUDFRd)Sample (02/15/2010 6.0.6001.16549) I would think the date would be more recent but not sure. Looking for some guidance on how to trouble shoot this. Any help is appreciated and if you need more information let me know.
Thanks
