I've continued to test multiple materials and have identified two that each give excellent results. One has slightly greater durability, and the other has slightly higher reflectivity. Both work extremely well. By accessing bulk quantities of the materials, I've been able to further reduce cost to: 60£, 70€, or 80$ per 1000 dots including shipping.
