Had quite a few people reach out asking about putting analysis inside of FSX2020 since I only showed it previously with the FSX performance fitting software. Here you go.

GCQuad Putting Practice & Data in FSX 2020
Watch as I demonstrate the Foresight Sports GCQuad Putting Analysis Software using FSX 2020 Golf Simulator Software. Looking to purchase the Foresight Sports... -
Good video, thanks for posting! Not sure I’ll take the $2500 plunge, but it’s good to see what you get for the money at least!

Thanks Jay. Now that I know what to look for in the numbers, I tried it out with three of my putters. (I think I have about eight in total.) The weird thing, I get the best numbers on a Scotty Cameron that I took out of my bag years ago. Looks like I'm going to have to continue practicing with this Scotty!

Interesting. So far I have used my Scotty Newport and Select Laguna along with my pro has used his Odyssey Mallet style and we have had great results. I find it key to have the 3 dots placed perfectly vertical on the toe evenly spaced. I use the putter marks to do this. Then the heel dot perfectly in the center of those. Hopefully that helps?

My dots are good as I set them up based on how you did it in the video. I think what I'm finding is that the putter that I thought wasn't good for my game, is in fact the better putter for me to use. The numbers from the putting analysis module are very interesting. It is showing that I tend to come in-to-out in the putting stroke, then close the face slightly to make the ball go on the line. I never would have figured this out if it weren't for this module, as I "feel" like I'm taking the putter straight back and straight through the stroke. With all my Scotty's I tend to have an ascending strike, which is great. I realized that with the Taylormade putter currently in my bag, I tend to hit a descending strike. Truly, great information and thanks for the video. Keep them up.

I have spent quite a bit of time with my pro who previously did not have much experience with putting data. We did a ton of research and used his existing knowledge. Was very interesting to learn face angle at impact influences 87% of the launch direction of the ball. The other was the strike and AOA for ball skid and roll. But as long as hitting slightly up and center we focused on nothing but face angle to target and it has been amazing.

Only GCQuad has putting data.
thanks for the info, yes hitting up and putter square at contact is main points. Keep up the videos, great source of info for players like myself trying to improve.
